Fiber Link is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Bangladesh since 2018. In the early stage of its operation, it was a Zonal ISP. Recently we have upgraded our license type to Divisional ISP and thus we have rights to cover our network in Dhaka division to provide broadband Internet service to end-customer covering home users, small business and corporate offices Dhaka division in Bangladesh. We have strong fiber optic network and have enough strength to protect our POP level redundancy for keeping maximum uptime of our services. We offer Broadband Internet Service, Data Connectivity, Dark Core with our GPON technology and also offer Enterprise Network Installation service in the country. Apart from these we are planning to add Domain Hosting Service, VPS service and Triple play service in our product line. We have a small sized VOD platform by which our retail customer is being entertained and our engineers are working hard for developing this IP Based service to global standard platform. Since the operation launched Fiber Link constantly expanding its network in its service area. Our technicians are employed on area basis and their role is to install our services at customer promises and give them support on call basis in their service area and service the network of that area as well as get Operators within their area of operations. Fiber Link offers High-Speed Internet Connection on Demand, Dedicated Internet Service comes with a 24x7 helpdesk and onsite support. Fiber Link is all set to provide to its customer a very cost effective technologically advanced internet connection for their personal or commercial use. This would enable the subscribers to have an access to a plethora of Value-added services like video on demand, gaming, ecommerce etc. under a secured conditional access and at a very competitive price.
